All participants and lecturers who are not from Sao Paulo will be staying at the hotel Parthenon Flats (Rua Pamplona 83, 55-11-3178-2700), which is a four-star hotel located next to the school. The rooms include air-conditioning, kitchen facilities, internet connection, and cable television. Breakfast is included. There will be a discussion room in the hotel reserved 24 hours/day for the string school and there is also a cafeteria, a small swimming pool and a sauna. A block of rooms has already been reserved for the school, so you should not make a reservation. But you need to send email to cordas@ift.unesp.br with your arrival and departure dates, and confirm that this information has been put on the participants webpage after your name. All participants who are not lecturers will share a double room. The sleeping facilities include two beds and a pull-out sofa. The sofa is in a separate room from the beds, so if desired, it is possible to sleep in separate rooms.
